REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled at least 2 business days in advance of booking date to qualify for a refund. Booked appointments that are cancelled may be subject to a 10% cancelation fee to offset expenses incurred for credit card processing and administration. After the consulting service is completed, there is no refund available.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Information
DIANNE KNIGHT collects personal information solely when you request our consulting services and singularly uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name, email and address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. DIANNE KNIGHT handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
Third Parties
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of DIANNE KNIGHT, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.
